Anubhav Sharma

Research Director

  • Anubhav is a digital strategy and execution professional with extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation mandates for organizations both in North America and globally, including defining digital strategies for leading banks and spearheading a large-scale transformation project for a global logistics pioneer across ten countries. Prior to joining Info-Tech Research Group, he held several industry and consulting positions in Fortune 500 companies driving their business and technology strategies. In 2023, he was recognized as a "Top 50 Digital Innovator in Banking" by industry peers. Anubhav holds an MBA in strategy from HEC Paris, a master's in finance from IIT-Delhi, and a bachelor's in engineering.

 

Greg Sanker

Principal Advisory Director

  • Greg Sanker is a former CIO, author, speaker, and practitioner who helps organizations and people achieve excellence. He has extensive experience in IT operations at all levels, in organizations ranging from Fortune 10 to smaller companies and state government. 

  • He is well known for practical, been-there-done-that advice, focusing on professional and organizational excellence. He’s often called upon to help organizations master change management. While he’s helped many do just that, far more often, operational challenges are symptoms of broader and more far-reaching challenges.

  • IT operations, governance, and leadership are his tools of the trade, as he helps organizations take a systems view, embrace complexity, and make meaningful change. He has been recognized as an HDI Top 25 thought leader in Technical Support and Service Management, and is the author of IT Change Management: A Practitioner’s Guide.

 

Valence Howden

Principal Advisory Director

  • Valence is a Principal Director in the CIO Practice at Info-Tech Research Group, with extensive experience in helping organizations be successful through optimizing how they govern themselves, how they design and execute strategies, and how they drive service excellence in all work.

  • With 30 years of IT experience in the public and private sector, Valence has developed experience in many information management and technology domains, with a particular focus in the areas of service management, enterprise and IT governance, development and execution of strategy, risk management, metrics design and process design, and implementation and improvement. Prior to joining Info-Tech, he served in technical and client-facing roles at Bell Canada and CGI Group Inc. as well as managing the design, integration, and implementation of services and processes in the Ontario Public Sector.

  • Valence has an Honors Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto.

Brittany Lutes

Research Director

  • Brittany Lutes is a Research Analyst in the CIO practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Brittany focuses on how organizations can deliver on their strategic initiatives by purposefully structuring their organization and managing risks.

  • Brittany has worked in a variety of public, private, and nonprofit sectors including banking, higher education, local government, hospitality, and charitable organizations. Throughout these roles she has supported organizations as they plan and implement projects, mitigate losses, and advance their strategic goals.

  • Prior to coming to Info-Tech, Brittany earned her Masters of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Guelph and has a Bachelors of Arts from Trent University.
